10 Things I learnt from Broken Relationships

17 03 2012
  1. Expiry Date: Errr. Yes! Like all the good packaged items, most relationships do have an expiry date. Many are short lived while some continue to linger longer. The bitter or the better part is to enjoy what you got before it expires.
  2. They Matter: You say it or no but they DO matter but for a limited time! The drastic end does hampers your routine ranging from a few days to a few weeks and then you get back to stability again.
  3. U-turn: While moving along the road you realize that you ain’t on the right track and therefore you put your car on the other side of the highway and start moving back. So is the case when relationships are screwed. Things that used to value most are turn to least.
  4. Sad Smiley: O yes!!!! Even if you add “:D” to your Facebook status or your fake expressions to your awesome face; your heart doesn’t shift to anything other than a sad smiley and somewhere or the other you are expressing this equally well too.
  5. More ghazals, sad songs: Certainly living in the versatile society like we do, you got everything to mourn about anything. The depression, the ditches, and yes the bitches… there’s a ghazal for every mood you want 😉
  6. Forgive to Forget: Carrying things hard with you ain’t gonna be a better option. If you want to move ahead, you have to forgive whatever it was, whoever he was.
  7. What Ahead? Well… a very obvious question that would pop up to you mind. Certainly you’re gonna move but for a next few days, with more work and more tough routine trying to get over what happened to you.
  8. Don’t Regret: Regretting what has been done is bad and in my perspective not worth it too. You had a wonderful time together you shouldn’t devalue it this way. Either jump back in and fix the mess up or look forward to what’s lying ahead.
  9. NEXT: Well it goes like this; You are conducting interviews for hiring someone in your company. The applicant makes an entry, impresses you, you get engaged in a good conversation and then there is this end. Once he leaves you are going to call the “next” candidate. Getting what I mean?
  10. Tarzan ki Wapsi: This might seems funny but this is a true fact. All our emotions have a specific life span. They start, approach their peak and then move towards their end. And certainly good friends do return. Writing it from experience so do wish better for your part too!
